Crimeapple & Michaelangelo – Air Fryer | Official Video

Crimeapple stays in the kitchen. Literally and figuratively.

"Air Fryer" pairs the Colombian-American MC from New Jersey with producer Michelangelo for a new power clip directed by Gee Media. The title fits Crimeapple's whole aesthetic. He has built a catalog on food-coded, luxury-adjacent street imagery delivered in a bilingual flow that switches between English and Spanish without breaking stride. An "Air Fryer" as a rap metaphor is exactly the kind of everyday-object-as-flex that Crimeapple has made his signature.

Crimeapple is one of the most reliable names in the current East Coast underground. Collaborative projects with DJ Muggs, Big Ghost Ltd, Camoflauge Monk, Vic Grimes and Preservation have established him as an MC who elevates whatever production he touches. His delivery is unhurried and confident, the kind that makes complicated wordplay sound casual. Michelangelo provides a hard backdrop that gives him room to operate. No wasted space, no unnecessary movement, just bars over a beat built to carry them.

Gee Media directs the visual with the same energy the track demands. There is no denying the skills on display here. Crimeapple does not need a hook or a feature to make a statement. He just needs a beat and the space to work.
