Benny the Butcher is one of the sharpest pens in modern hip hop, and this project is my salute to his craft.
The Butcher’s Comin’ is a 7-track remix tape where I took some of Benny’s most iconic verses and flipped them over entirely new production. Each beat was built from scratch — hard-hitting boom bap drums, hypnotic textures, cinematic backdrops — with one goal: to let the bars breathe while giving them a fresh sound.
