Not every collab needs a long setup. Sometimes two people just fit — and this is one of those cases.
Jennaske is a Queens-born rapper and entertainer who built her reputation the hard way. Started as a dancer and choreographer, worked stages with 50 Cent, Remy Ma, Fetty Wap and Desiigner before stepping fully into her own lane as an MC. The grind translated — bold delivery, sharp wit, unmistakable energy. She's not a newcomer trying to find her voice. She already has one.
Benny The Butcher needs no introduction on this blog. Buffalo's finest, Griselda alumni, Black Soprano Family CEO. His catalog speaks for itself — from Tana Talk to Everybody Can't Go to Excelsior last year. What matters here is that he brings the same weight he always brings. No features for the sake of it. He shows up on a track to work.
"LOVE/HATE" lands exactly where you'd want it to. The contrast between the two voices works — Jennaske's Queens energy against Benny's Buffalo griminess. The track drops via Black Soprano Family, which says everything about how seriously this was put together.
