My background is rooted in 90s hip-hop, boom bap, basketball and the kind of records that still carry texture, identity and weight. That influence runs through everything on this platform: blog posts, beat tapes, releases, videos and selected cultural references.
I make beats myself, and that sound is part of widontplay’s DNA. But widontplay is bigger than one artist page. It is a space for selected sounds, stories and cultural connections with a clear point of view.
